Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Genette district, this pretty house, completely renovated in 2023, can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Perfectly equipped, it offers a living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 and 140 cm beds, a shower room with large Italian shower and a lovely terrace overlooking the city's rooftops.
Conveniently located, it's a 15-minute walk from the Concurrence beach, Casino, parks and town center.
You'll also have easy access to the apartment by bus (station very close by) or by car (free street parking). For sightseeing, you can take advantage of the city's self-service bicycles at the station in front of the house.
On arrival, you'll find all the essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, spices, paper towels and toilet paper).
Comforters and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request, in which case laundry charges will be billed, payable on site by credit card (+2 euros) or cash/check:
- 25€ / double bed - single bed
- 10€/person for bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 towel).

Departures before 10.00 am.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged 15 euros per trip.
