The house is composed of a main Villa that can accommodate up to 08 people. On the same land, a bungalow which can accommodate up to 02 – 03 people, which can be rented in addition to the main house.

Outdoor atmosphere
Nestled between flowering banana trees and cane spiers, this delicious Habitation Créole is located 2 kilometers from the beach at Pointe Faula. Built in 2020 and fashioned in wood and masonry as in the past, the main house and its bungalow will charm you and offer you holidays combining modernity and Creole typicality.
Offering a view overlooking the countryside and the sugar cane plantations, this residence is the promise of a unique stay, a few minutes by car from the beach of Vauclin, bringing together small local shops and typical restaurants – Le La Pointe Faula. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the atmosphere and the sweetness of life that emanates from it. Bright, green, with colorful decoration and contemporary inspiration thanks to the large openings they offer, the spaces of this little cocoon invite you on a real sensory journey. You will be able to fully appreciate the tranquility of the place, while lounging on the sunbeds arranged around the beautiful private swimming pool, treated with salt. The sublime deck surrounding the swimming pool of the main Villa, shelters a charming carbet. A real invitation to tasty moments of relaxation! Interior design
Facing the countryside and located in the heart of an organic garden planted with sugar cane and tropical trees, Villa La Coulée d'Or is a Creole-style house with a long ventilated veranda. The light and the wind are filtered by its many mahogany shutters. Its multiple ventilations make it a fresh and pleasant residence, to the rhythm of the trade winds and the Sun. During your stay, and from the windows of the rooms of the house, you will be able to contemplate the growth of our organic Creole canes which will give birth to an extraordinary cuvée of our “Rums A1710”.
The main Villa and the Bungalow can be rented independently or together.
Main Villa
Built on two levels, this charming place offers you an indoor/outdoor experience through the organization of its living room, its dining room and its kitchen, all open onto the terrace and overlooking its charming private swimming pool. . The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. It has ceramic hobs but also an oven, a microwave, an American fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Four beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and four private bathrooms make up the main Villa:
The parental Suite: Air-conditioned, Bed 160 x 200 cm, Adjoining bathroom and private toilet.
The connecting room: Air-conditioned and communicating with the children's room, bed 160 x 200 cm, adjoining bathroom and private toilet.
The Children's Room: Air-conditioned, perfect for 04 children, 02 bunk beds 90 cm wide, adjoining bathroom and private toilet.
Bungalow (Can be rented in addition to the main house).
It is composed of an independent bedroom and its bathroom, a living room / kitchen area as well as a punch box with a view of the countryside.
Built just like the main Villa in 2020, this charming bungalow of the dwelling is perfect for a couple, or a couple with children. It has an air-conditioned master suite, consisting of a 160 x 200 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom and private toilet, an equipped kitchen combining modernity and tradition as well as a pretty living room highlighted with colors Caribbean. The bungalow also benefits from its own punch bin adjoining its terrace. What luxury!

Good to know
This pleasant holiday villa is located in the heart of lush greenery, in an area where silence is golden. Entrance is through a private electric gate, for added security. In addition, it is important to note that the Villa area is an ideal spot for water sports enthusiasts. The surrounding beaches are very popular with kitesurfers and windsurfers. So to your boards!
Otherwise, by staying in the house, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the Grand Rhumier and Grand Explorateur stays which will make you a budding Master Rhumier!
GAME, SET AND MATCH: For athletes, a recently renovated private tennis court is at your disposal to play unforgettable tennis matches. It is located a few km away in the Domaine A1710. Contact us to reserve your time slots.
To enhance your stay: An additional private Concierge offer will allow you to have access to a whole range of services – Chef at home, masseur, sports coach, baby sitting, excursions, reservations of all kinds, etc. – in order to allow you to optimize your stay in the Villa as well as possible. A kitchen base will be placed there. Hygiene products will be available in the bathrooms.
