Location
The house is located on the heights of La Teste-de-Buch, a commune next to Arcachon in south-west France.
It's on a street with many villas, near the Abatilles d'Arcachon shopping area, and just 2 minutes from the Golf d'Arcachon. A 5-minute drive from the Teste de buch intermarché. It's a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, offering an incredible panorama of the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. As you stroll through town, you'll notice a number of old buildings, such as the church of Saint-Vincent and the Maison Verthamon, now the Hôtel de Ville (Town Hall), which lend the town a special authenticity and history. Right in the center of town, you'll also discover the oyster port, where you can stop to sample some delicious oysters.
