Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This cosy, tastefully renovated 2-room apartment (33m²) is just a few steps from the main square in Les Orres 1800, and will enable you to enjoy your stay in complete tranquillity. Facing east, it offers a panoramic view of the resort, its peaks and the slopes.
It is accessible from the building's main entrance via elevator 1.
It features an entrance hall with storage, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, and a large balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the mountain air during your meals.
Pack light when you arrive, thanks to all the equipment in the apartment: all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare your meals, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue machine, vacuum cleaner and, of course, television.
When the night comes, you'll have a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, as well as a 140x190cm double bed and a 90x190cm bunk bed in the bedroom, which also has an additional TV so that everyone can enjoy their favorite programs, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
You'll be less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, as well as from the start of the ski slopes, and in summer just a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the first footpaths.
