Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This pleasantly redecorated, north-east-facing 33m² apartment offers a beautiful view of the slopes and surrounding forest.
It comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with large TV, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, and a balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the view when you wake up.
You'll have all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay: coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and, of course, TV.
Sleeping arrangements include a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room and a 140x190cm double bed in the beautifully redecorated bedroom, for a total of 4 people.
You'll also benefit from quick access to the ski and mountain bike slopes, as well as to local shops (mini-market, launderette, press, regional produce, etc.) less than 100 meters away.
