Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is only open in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.

Sleeping 6, it comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and TV, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, etc...
The living room opens onto a large 14 m² east-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and offering a view of the resort and surrounding peaks; a promise of sunny breakfasts.
On the night side, you'll find a double bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a bedroom with two 80 x 190 cm single bunk beds, each with its own storage space. A bathroom with bath, towel dryer and hairdryer completes the picture.
For a moment of relaxation, you'll enjoy unlimited access to your residence's heated indoor swimming pool.
You'll be ideally located less than 200 meters from the shopping square, where you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, sports stores and souvenir shops.... You'll also have direct access to the ski slopes, less than 200 meters away, by exiting the ski locker, where you'll have a private box to store your ski equipment.
