Beautiful modern villa (110m²), fully air-conditioned, sleeps 6 on two levels with garden and terrace, just a stone's throw from La Capte beach.
First level :
A spacious and tastefully decorated living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, all opening onto a large shaded terrace. On the same level a first bedroom with a pull-out bed (i.e. 2 mattresses 90*190cm), a shower room with WC.
First floor:
A double bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, another double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed. Both rooms have access to a lovely terrace with a small sea and garden view. Bathroom and separate WC.
For your comfort: Air-conditioning throughout the house, secure automatic gate, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court, very quiet setting...
One car can be parked inside the villa, and another in front of the gate.
To be paid on site: €2,000 security deposit, tourist tax (according to current rates), €200 compulsory end-of-stay cleaning.
Linen not provided, can be rented on site:
