The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 150 m² house with sea view for rent in Locmaria, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 150 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 200 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 150 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)

- A shower room (with shower) and a bathroom (with bath)

On the first floor:

The house is ideally located in Locmaria, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes, about 2 hours away (this journey includes a ferry crossing)
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approximately 3 hours away (this journey includes a ferry crossing)
- Port of Le Palais, take the boat from Quiberon, the house is about 15 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
