Quiet family campsite in the Cotentin region between Cherbourg and Barfleur, on the Val de Saire road.
Presentation
Camping de la Plage is located in Fermanville in the Manche department, 300m from a natural sandy beach and the GR 223, ideal for underwater fishing and walking in a charming region rich in curiosities. From the beach campsite, you can discover the Gatteville lighthouse, which dominates the Cotentin peninsula from the top of its 365 steps, the oyster farm, the Port of Barfleur, one of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue with its Vauban towers, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Île de Tatihou.
You'll taste the famous Vaast brioche, and visit the Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg.
