In the heart of the 13th arrondissement, this beautiful 45 square meter apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in the City of Light.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a couple.

Accommodation
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- one bedroom with king-size bed ;
- bathroom with shower ;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living room with sofa bed and connected TV;
- terrace with table and chairs.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Electric bike, Wifi, Hairdryer, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that a barbecue, summer lounge and summer cinema are available.
There is also a laundry room with several washing machines and a shared gym in the building.
The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe, with numerous shops and restaurants (McDonald's, Italian, Japanese, Greek, etc.).
You can do your daily shopping at the "Monoprix" supermarket 200 m down the road on the left as you leave the building.
The RER C and line 14 metros are nearby. You can reach the center of Paris in less than 15 minutes.

Location
Paris's 13th arrondissement is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians congregated. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical", home to major institutions such as the Bibliothèque nationale de France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to the Gare Montparnasse, renowned for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and stores.
