Location
The 13th arrondissement, and in particular the Butte-aux-Cailles district, is famous for its street art.
The northern part of the arrondissement is more "classic", home to major institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to the Montparnasse train station, known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and stores.
