Between port and old borough, the residence is next to the ornithological park of world fame. Located at the south of the marina of Teich, close to one which charms fine sand beach in edge of river (300 m) and of the beach of Teich (distance 4 km, access by footpath or à.vélo), and in the vicinity immediate of the basin of Arcachon, it includes/understands 139 apartments distributed in 18 houses taking as a starting point the the traditional architecture of the 'tchanquées' huts of the Basin of Arcachon. We had a very good week in this residence. The staff is very available. The swimming pool is very well maintained. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. A few things to note: it is stipulated that the beach is less than 500m away, but it is a body of water where there is indeed sand and lifeguards, but for us, it is not a beach. If you do not come by car, the residence is 15km from Arcachon. You must therefore take your vehicle to go to the Ocean. Sheets, towels, television and wifi are charged. The mobile network is average. Beware of neighbours, because if they are disrespectful, you may very quickly become saturated with noise because the walls and ceilings are "made of cardboard".
