Between port and old borough, the residence is next to the ornithological park of world fame. Located at the south of the marina of Teich, close to one which charms fine sand beach in edge of river (300 m) and of the beach of Teich (distance 4 km, access by footpath or à.vélo), and in the vicinity immediate of the basin of Arcachon, it includes/understands 139 apartments distributed in 18 houses taking as a starting point the the traditional architecture of the 'tchanquées' huts of the Basin of Arcachon. Wheelbarrows are available to handle your luggage from the car to the apartments, on 100 meters it's a bit exhausting, because you have to make several trips to unload the car. It's all very well not to let the cars in, but you have to think about the elderly. For our part apartment without natural light, it is called a cellar! In this period too many mosquitoes.
