When I booked, it said that the sea was less than a kilometer away, which was not the case at all. This was my main criterion for my search, so it's quite simply misleading advertising and it's a great pity I trusted it by not checking the map! A highlight was the warm welcome from the staff, despite the obvious lack of personnel. The vegetation outside is not regularly maintained (you have to move the vegetation to get to the pool and your accommodation), the same goes for the petanque court, the gym is pretty good, the ping pong table is good but you have to remember to bring your rackets (not mentioned when you book), as for the cleanliness of the accommodation, I had read quite a few negative and positive comments and unfortunately I can confirm that the cleanliness was not up to scratch (the fridge was not cleaned at all, the bathtub was dirty, the joints yellowed and the floor very average), the cleaning materials were broken and there was a lack of cooking utensils as well as being quite dirty.

Good stay despite the deterioration of the state of the studio, patches of plaster everywhere on the walls not to mention rust on 2cm at the bottom of the bathroom door jamb. No cleaning in the corridors or elevator it is not normal to neglect the maintenance at this point. Otherwise pleasant studio and especially well soundproofed, special mention to the staff for its availability and sympathy.
