Residence very well located, close to La Rochelle and the bridge of the island of Ré. Spacious apartment but poorly equipped. The staff was friendly but very poorly organized (waiting line at the arrival, wrong indications...). The surroundings of the residence were not maintained at all. Too bad because the site could be ideal.

Bright, clean and well arranged apartment; the terrace is large and nice (but spider webs outside are superfluous). Also, such a ridiculously small refrigerator is not suitable for 5 people, nor is a 20cm frying pan. On the other hand a very warm welcome, very friendly and reactive team. Congratulations! The service of the retired guide is excellent, the swimming pool is ideally maintained! A big thank you to all these people who allowed us to live a very pleasant stay.
