Fréjus vacation rental at Le Césarée residence all year round for vacationers and business travelers.
Attractive and pleasant 35 m² apartment classified by the tourist office. Plus a 9 m² shaded terrace with garden furniture.
You'll enjoy an entire apartment. Please do not hesitate to contact the owner if you have any questions.
The apartment is very well located, in the most sought-after seaside district of Fréjus.
It is suitable for seasonal rentals, short and medium stays in low season.
Non-smoking apartment with no pets (smoking area on terrace).
The apartment has a free wifi internet access area, with a desk and chair, so you can keep in touch with friends and family, or even telecommute.
Fréjus offers a 35 m² apartment that's functional and well-situated for all seasons, plus a 9 m² terrace with garden furniture. Suitable for everyone, it's just a stone's throw from the port, 3' walk from the beach and the nature center for sports enthusiasts. It's in a secure residence with janitor and badge access. With a private parking space and a beautiful swimming pool to share in season from June to September on site in the condominium garden. Access to the pool by badge and with a bracelet silk-screened with the apartment number.
IMPORTANT
Locasun rates do not include deposit for apartment, key, badge and pool wristbands.
To be sent to the rental company in the form of uncashed cheques, to be returned when the service provider has checked that the premises are in order on departure.
You'll need to produce proof of holiday insurance, which you can request from your insurer at the rental address (usually free of charge from your insurer).
You will need to e-mail a copy of your rental contract to the rental company, together with your passport or identity card (both sides), indicating your home address.
As soon as you have provided the deposit and documents requested, you will be given a rental notice to collect the keys and premises from our professional service provider.
End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility. You will also be responsible for cleaning the fridge/freezer, which will be emptied and dried, and the appliances,
Please note that arrivals are between 5 and 8 p.m. and departures between 10 and 11 a.m. unless otherwise agreed with the service provider.
For your arrival you will have to give in advance your arrival time for the planning of our service provider. You will need to confirm 1 hour before your arrival by calling the service provider to let them know you will be arriving and call back 15 minutes before your arrival so that they can welcome you on site.
Fréjus location service works with a service provider who can provide services such as bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning etc. at your expense to make your stay easier. Please check with the service provider for pricing conditions.
Composition of the Fréjus vacation rental apartment.
The room: includes a living area with a comfortable, recent sofa bed with two pillows, a flat-screen TV and a small sideboard with crockery.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and can easily accommodate four people around a round table. Crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery are sufficient for several meals.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed 160 cm wide x 200 cm with four pillows, two bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table. There is a small chest of drawers and a small balcony in this room.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The price depends on the season and includes access to the residence's swimming pool in summer, a private parking space in the basement and free wifi internet access in the apartment.
Usually rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
