This accommodation is located on the heights of Tiuccia, with a breathtaking view of the sea. However, access to the beach is not 500m away, but rather more than a kilometer, with a very steep gradient. You'll need a car to get to the beach and to do your shopping.

Strong point of this apartment: the view! which is magnificent from morning to evening. On the other hand, the apartment lacks comfort, equipment and is very poorly soundproofed (limited bedding, uncomfortable chairs, leaking shower walls, lack of electrical outlets, used frying pans, old vacuum cleaner, broken parasol ...). Limited cleanliness on our arrival (dirty floors, dust on the furniture). Soundproofing more than limited. A pity because the accommodation could have potential with a little investment and refreshment.
