This luxury residence offers comfortable apartments housed in pretty white-walled houses typical of the Ile de Ré. The 100 km of cycle routes are just waiting for you! When you return, take advantage of the heated outdoor swimming pool (from mid-April), the wellness area (with contribution) or the fitness room.
Your rental: Studio 2 people (approx. 24 to 27 m²)
24m2, Living room with 1 zipped bed 2x80 (or sofa bed 2x80 in one of the studios)
Fully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, complete household utensils, hob, microwave (grill option), fridge with freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with bath (or shower in disabled apartments), hairdryer, WC
Maximum capacity: 2 people, including baby

Deposit of €500 per apartment on arrival.
The deposit will be forfeited on departure after inventory of fixtures.

Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival from 5pm - departure before 10am.
Escapade package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am.

Very good accommodation for 2 people, well equipped and quiet. Small downside for the sofa bed not very comfortable and the shower without partition that makes you splash everywhere Welcome and nice breakfast
