SEA VIEW VILLA ON BENIMEIT, MORAIRA HOLIDAY LET VILLA in Moraira, on the exclusive hillside neighbourhood of Benimeit, Moraira: Villa Evora offers a very spacious indoor living/dining area and four bedrooms, all with hot and cold air conditioning, plus a wet room, for 8 people on one level with fabulous sea views to Moraira and Cap d’Or.The fully equipped American kitchen has granite worktops, gas stove (5 rings) and oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tea pot and is stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine and clothes airer for a problem free and restful holiday. The kitchen patio door leads directly onto the pool terrace. Monoxide and smoke alarm installed, also a first-aid kit, fire blanket and a fire extinguisher available.The lounge area benefits from seating for 8, a TV with satellite receiver and inbuilt Chromecast for video streaming, DVD player, music centre with inbuilt Chromecast for audio streaming and free WiFi: Internet access extends to the pool terrace/gazebo area.- Reservations for groups of young people are not allowed- Organising student parties, farewell parties and drinking parties are prohibited in this holiday home.- This holiday home is only available for recreational purposes.
