Ideally located, in a quiet area, the chalet overlooks the valley at the foot of the Vauban fortifications (Fort des trois-êtes, Fort du Randouillet, Fort Dauphin) and has large living spaces.
Close to the climbing routes, at the start of many hikes on the Tour de France route and 10 minutes by car from the Serre-Chevalier alpine ski slopes and the Cervières cross-country ski slopes.
Two terraces overlook the valleys with a large garden and direct access to the mountains.
