The apartment could be magnificent IF an effort had been made to renovate it professionally (the shower seal has a 5 cm-long hole that's unusable because of leaks, the bathtub plates are peeling off, the bathroom tile seals need redoing and are grey with grime, the toilet floor has an unattractive limestone-brown background, a curtain is missing in the kitchen, and 3 slats on a bed in the children's bedroom, the kitchen utensils are very, very old and disparate. The microwave, although recent, is H.S. probably misused....). In short, it's a real shame because the apartment has beautiful volumes, a magnificent parquet floor and a great location. We had to pay 150 euros for cleaning... It's really excessive when you see the state of the apartment....!
