No reception at our arrival, long waiting and endless queue in front of the building to give us, the opening time is even delayed in front of us .... and this after 10 hours of road, the vacations begin well ... When finally we can take possession of the place, first shower without hot water nor pressure and that during the first 3 days of our stay, with 7persons with children as much to say that it was more than annoying... the telephone steps as well as the constraint to remain in its housing to have a visit of plumber who could not make anything of continuation... as much to say that that unfortunately does not leave a good memory... for the price of the housing, we would have appreciated not to have this type of deconvenue

Description lacks precision (2 bathrooms and not one). Small lack of accessories in the rental (no bell for the microwave or potholder for the oven). Otherwise great quality of the accommodation, very well located in the resort, at the foot of the ESF lessons for the children. The common areas are well maintained and the little "glitches" are quickly solved (ex: light bulbs). The only drawback is the very dry tone of the letter at the beginning of the stay, which could discourage more than one person. It would be good to take into account that this can spoil the good impression of a stay.

Quality apartment, comfortable, bright, offering an exceptional view and very well equipped (a few missing kitchen utensils could perfect the stay: 1 other salad bowl, 1 sharp kitchen knife, 1 glass-doser, potholders, 1 fruit bowl for example), otherwise nothing to complain about for the kitchen. Comfortable bedding...On the other hand, the cleaning which seemed to be done correctly at first sight, left something to be desired in reality (presence of used tissues under the bench and coffee table, dusty floors in many rooms but clean bathroom, shower cabin and toilets...). Problem of water flow (hot water in particular) to be solved: more water at certain times of the day when too many users at the same time in the building.
