Fully renovated house on basement in the heart of Morgat. The beach and shops are less than 600m away, and everything is within walking distance.
First floor: Entrance hall, living room with TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker...) opening onto a 24m² terrace with sun all evening. Also on the first floor: bathroom with claw-foot bath and bidet, separate WC, bedroom (bed 160 x 200); upstairs: bedroom (bed 120 x 190), second bedroom (bed 120 x 190), third bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190, 1 extra bed), separate WC with washbasin, bathroom; cellar with washing machine and tumble dryer, access to enclosed garden with trees. Also available: garden furniture, barbecue, umbrella bed, WiFi connection. Pets not allowed.
