At the gateway to old Fréjus, pleasant 40 m2 T2 apartment for 4 people in a secure residence with a private box for one car in the basement and a large loggia, closed by sliding windows, which can be used as a dining room and overlooks the quiet wooded park.
There's a swimming pool reserved for the residence, open from June 05 to mid-September, a pétanque court and tennis courts (the latter at an additional cost).
The apartment comprises :
- A living room with sofa bed (140x190) and TV.
- A kitchenette equipped with fridge, mini-oven, microwave, 2-burner gas stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary crockery.
- A bedroom closed by a sliding door with 2 beds 80x190 and a chest of drawers.
- A cabin area, with a large closet and washing machine, leading to a bathroom with separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented from the concierge.
The apartment is equipped with mobile air conditioning and 2 fans.
Supermarket, chemist, tobacconist and bakery are all within walking distance. The old town of Fréjus, with its market and train station, is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus routes are located at the bottom of the residence.
The beach, nature center, Port Fréjus, Lunapark and Aqualand are all around 2km away.

Due to the pandemic, disinfection between each rental is included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning package available: 55€ cleaning package is compulsory in high season.
