Discover Finistère by staying in this charming stone house located in Plonévez-Porzay! In the heart of the bay of Douarnenez, only a few kilometers from the sea, this house will be the ideal place for your vacations with family or friends!
With a surface area of 160 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 adults and one child and is composed as follows: living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, separate toilets as well as a large garden with a terrace.

On the first floor:
- Living-dining room with a large dining table and its 6 seats, 3 armchairs, coffee table, buffet and a library overlooking the green garden.
- Large enclosed wooden kitchen fully equipped with: dining table, chairs, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery.
- Laundry room: storage space, washing machine and dryer
- Master suite with double bed and its bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed 160 x 200 cm
- Room 3 with a double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Room 4 with a single bed 110 x 190 cm, ideal for a child
- Bathroom with bathtub.

- Beautiful unfenced garden of 1,500 m² with fruit trees, to enjoy a relaxing moment
- Terrace of 10 m² facing west with a table and chairs and an electric blind to enjoy a shady meal.
