Located in an area close to the town center of La Teste de Buch, this 65 m², two-storey T3 house is in a housing estate with a secure communal swimming pool accessible during the summer months of July and August.
Free parking is available on the street.
Ground floor: living room with TV (no WIFI) and dining area. It opens onto the terrace and small garden where you can enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends. You have direct access to the swimming pool through the wooded grounds of the development.
Separate kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. A storeroom. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed (90cm), a cupboard opening onto a small balcony. A bathroom. And a second bedroom with a 160cm double bed, TV and cupboard.
In the La Teste de Buch area you'll find activities to please the whole family, from the zoo to the water park, you won't have time to get bored.
