Gite in part of the owner's house with private terrace, electric barbecue, fully enclosed property with private parking. Situated on the banks of the Argens river, close to an ultralight aerodrome (flying school, air baptism) and a nautical base (canoeing, kayaking on the Argens), The pool is shared with the owner (10.5x5.5x1.8), but is reserved primarily for tenants, protected by alarm and hard cover. New for 2022 an outdoor tent lounge. Garden level: small living room with equipped kitchenette, sofa and TV, bedroom with double bed (140x190), bedroom with two single beds (0.90x190), shower room (2.04m?)
