In the heart of the old village, in a quiet, flower-filled pedestrian street, authentic Provençal house, carefully decorated, consisting of a ground-floor storey. Large parking lot 100 m away, partially paying (June to September). Jeu de boules at the top of the village, paid shuttles in summer for exploring the surrounding area. Beaches, port and water sports activities 3 km away. On-site park and botanical garden, hiking trails: sentier du littoral, chemin des chapelles. Markets, tourist and historical tours, visit to Fort de Br?gan?on, medieval fair, craft markets, night markets, book night, boules competitions open to all, vineyard festival. January: garden festival with Mimosalia, February: corso fleuri, May: fete m?di?vale, June: sports en lumi?re, summer: Argentinian tango festival, evening: festival of the vineyards. September: Festival du Moulin, Escapade Gourmande, and finally Christmas. Typical village house comprising: - Ground floor: a closed cupboard under the stairs where you'll find cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, a folding table and garden chairs to enjoy the charm of the street. Kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, crockery, dishes, etc.), washing machine, dishwasher and small reversible air conditioner. Living room: dining table with chairs, bookcase, sofa, television, coffee table, halogen, armchair. - Upstairs: 1 en suite bedroom with 1 x 90x190 cm single bed and dressing room. Bathroom with WC, hairdryer supplied. 1 large bedroom with 1 x 140x190 cm double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Electric heating throughout, standing fan. No capacity reduction. Household products supplied.
