Elegant 72-square-meter apartment with balcony overlooking the Port of Fréjus.
Welcome to my home!
I am delighted to welcome you to my 72-meter apartment with BALCONY, located on the 1st floor with elevator and ideal for 6 people. It is not suitable for PRM. You'll be staying close to the Port and the Beach, and you'll love the location of the apartment, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot!

Accommodation
The apartment is suitable for a tourist stay with friends or family, and comprises two bedrooms with two double beds, a bunk bed, a bathroom, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed for up to two extra people.
It also has a BALCONY where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a magnificent view of the Port.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Shared swimming pool, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Iron, Reversible air conditioning.
Accommodation not suitable for PRM
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each stay.
Its location is ideal for a variety of activities:
For beach activities, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
-For diving lessons, the "Port Fréjus Plongée" diving center is 3 minutes away (a water sports equipment rental service is 5 minutes away).
-For BMX, rollerblading and skateboarding: SX Fréjus BMX, Base Nature Skatepark and Roller Fréjus are nearby.
-For gamblers, the Fréjus Casino is 7 min away.
-The Caroussel Port Fréjus and Base Nature François Léotard are 7 and 10 minutes away respectively.
Bars and restaurants are nearby. For shopping, Supermarché Casino is an 8-minute walk away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you.

Location
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the Côte d'Azur. It has also been designated a Town of Art and History. Fréjus was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region at the time. Fréjus has the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles.
There's also the Base Nature François Léotard (outdoor sports complex with numerous summer events).
