Welcome to my home!
I'd like to welcome you to my charming 35-square-meter studio, with an 8-m2 fitted-out BALCONY, located on the 1st floor with ELEVATOR and ready to accommodate two people.
It's ideally located in a quiet, secure residence in the town center, close to the STATION, a 5-minute drive from the BEACH and close to bars, restaurants and places of interest.

Accommodation
The studio is ideal for a tourist or business stay.
It comprises a living room with a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm closet bed), a shower room with separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dolce gusto coffee maker, gas stove with hob, extractor hood...), a relaxation area with sofa and an 8 m2 BALCONY with a VIEW and furnished with blinds, table and chairs.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Parking (n°14), Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Microwave, Oven, Reversible air conditioner.
Water and gas must be turned off under the kitchen sink after each use.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.

It's in a quiet, secure residence in the CITY CENTER, close to the STATION, a 6-minute drive from the BEACH and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Location
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the Côte d'Azur. It has also been classified as a Town of Art and History. Fréjus was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region at the time. Fréjus has the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles.
There's also the Base Nature François Léotard (outdoor sports complex with numerous summer events).
