Villa Vista Mar in Tias has a great location with beautiful sea views. A pleasant 10-minute walk will take you to the centre of Tias. The town of Tias offers restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. The Strip (the seafront promenade) Puerto del Carmen with its numerous cocktail bars, bars, restaurants and shops is 8 minutes by car. Also to the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Grande. But just as quickly you can reach the beautiful beach of Playa Honda or Playa de Matagorda. The Old Town and the port are also easily accessible by car. The impressive 5-bedroom villa is bright and cozy, equipped with a stylish design and a large hot tub/jacuzzi. With a living area of more than 360 sqm, the villa has all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. In addition to the 5 bedrooms with a double bed (maximum occupancy 10 persons) there are 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a reception, a gaming room, a Spa area, an 85 sqm Roof terrace as well as two other outdoor terraces and the 18m2 swimming pool on the estate.
Overview
The bedrooms are located in the upper building area (3 bedrooms) with air conditioning and heating. The bedrooms in the lower building area (2 bedrooms) are equipped with heaters. All bedrooms have flat smart Tvs and are equipped with various streaming services (Prime, Netflix and others). The bedrooms all have wardrobes or fitted wardrobes for your clothes and towels for your stay. Connected to the master bedroom is a dressing room and connected to it the own bathroom. The Masterbedroom Room leads to the tea and coffee lounge and from there to the Roof Terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtub and shower, bidet and toilet.

In the basement there is the gaming room, which is equipped with pool billiards, table kicker, table tennis table and darts. In the spacious kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has ceramic hob/stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwitchmaker, fully automatic coffee machines and much more.
From there you can access the dining room, where you can enjoy the sea view and the view of the hot tub at breakfast. The living room features a 65-inch folding screen smart TV with Netflix, Prime and a Wii games console, as well as 2 sofas and a magnificent view of the sea.

Below the sun terrace the 18m2 swimming pool with surrounding sun terrace.
Outside, the bocce track, the arch-shot facility, the volleyball and badminton field complete the offer.
