It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds. Both bathrooms have large showers. It stands out for its quality, brightness and exceptional location.

It's exceptionally well located for enjoying Torremolinos, the center's shops and restaurants, as well as its beaches. Its pleasant terrace stands out, with a small swimming pool (2.5 m. x 1.5 m., 0.80 m. deep), to cool off while sunbathing and enjoying the sea view. There's also furniture to enjoy breakfast or sit down to read or chat in the tranquility of the terrace.
-Getting around:
It's a five-minute walk from the main streets and promenades in the center of Torremolinos, such as the famous San Miguel street or the Nogalera neighborhood, where the Cercanías train station is located. The train provides fast, convenient connections to the airport, the center of Málaga and other areas of the Costa del Sol, such as Benalmádena and Fuengirola. Bus stops are also just a few minutes' walk away. The famous Bajondillo beach is just an eight-minute walk away. Malaga-Costa del Sol airport can be reached by car in just ten minutes.
