A beautiful 5-room villa (164sqm) that can accommodate 8 people on two levels. Spacious living spaces, sea view from all rooms (ground floor and upstairs). Garden, terraces of 45 and 95 sqm in exotic wood, pool, outdoor shower, air conditioning, and water softener. High-quality amenities.
On the ground floor:
A spacious living/dining room (52sqm), a fully equipped high-end American kitchen opening onto a terrace with a bioclimatic pergola. Two bedrooms with 180/200 beds & storage, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower/bath), and an independent toilet.
Upstairs:
Two bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed & storage, another with two 80/200 beds that can be separated, and 2 bunk beds of 90/190, a laundry room, and an independent toilet.
Note: All bedding is 5* hotel quality.
Heated pool only upon request and with a supplement of €100/week.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pets not allowed.

Bed linen and towels provided.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit €2500 (by credit card, not debited), mandatory cleaning fee €150, tourist tax (according to the current rate in TPM).
