This cozy 43-square-meter apartment is ideal for a tourist or business stay.
It opens onto a southwest-facing terrace with a beautiful sea view and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, but not 4 adults).
You'll love its location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and Saint-Aygulf town center.

Renovated in 2021 and located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a large bedroom with double bed (140cm) and closet ;
- a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, water heater and tumble dryer;
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, induction hob, hood, etc.);
- a dining area ;
- and a living room with sofa bed and TV.
You'll particularly appreciate the 12-square-meter furnished terrace and shared swimming pool, a real place for relaxation and conviviality.
The following facilities are available: parking, hairdryer, iron, reversible air-conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
Please note that there is no Wi-Fi network in the residence. Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.

Location
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the Côte d'Azur. It has also been classified as a Town of Art and History. Fréjus was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region at the time. Fréjus has the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles.
There's also the Base Nature François Léotard (outdoor sports complex with numerous summer events).
