Ideal house to organize a stay with family or friends.
Large single-storey house with beautiful wooded garden, 2 km from the historic center of La Rochelle.
With 130 m2 of living space and 180 m2 of garden, not overlooked, this house features a large living room, a veranda for meals, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with toilet, another separate toilet, and a laundry room, making it the ideal place for a get-together.
Comforters and pillows are provided.
Free parking in the street and free access in the garden (2,3 cars).
There's no wifi box, but 4g is available as well as a hotspot-wifi network via the [hidden].
CLEANING SERVICE IS COMPULSORY AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, in which case laundry costs will be charged, payable on site by credit card (+2 euros) or cash/check:
- 25€ / double bed - single bed
- 10€/person for bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 towel).
MUST BE ORDERED 72 H IN ADVANCE.
BARBECUE cleaning + 25 euros.
Arrivals are scheduled around 4:00 pm.
Departures from 10:00 am.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged 15 euros.
Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as you know it (maximum 2 hours before) so that you don't have to wait on site.
