In the heart of the La Pallice district, nestled in a former workers' housing estate built by the spinning mill at the beginning of the 20th century, this small renovated house is sure to provide you with a peaceful vacation, livened up by its large Sunday morning market and just a stone's throw from the historic center of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge.
The house features a living room with 2 sofas, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area under the veranda overlooking the courtyard. The shower room and WC are on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed and the other with a 140cm double bed and a single bed.
A laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, will enable you to store your groceries.
Comforters and pillows are provided.
Free street parking.
There is no wifi box in the house, but 4g is available, as well as hotspot wifi via the [hidden].
CLEANING SERVICE IS COMPULSORY AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, in which case laundry costs will be charged, payable on site by credit card (+2 euros) or cash/check:
- 25€ / double bed - single bed
- 10€/person for bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 towel).
MUST BE ORDERED 72 H IN ADVANCE.

Departures before 10.00 am.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged 15 euros per trip (July and August only).
Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as you know it (maximum 2 hours before) so that you don't have to wait on site.
