It comprises an entrance into a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, hood, fridge with freezer and microwave), table and chairs, and sitting area (sofa, TV).
The room opens onto an 8m² balcony with garden furniture (table + chairs, plancha and 2 sun loungers).

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms under sloping ceilings:
- Bedroom n°1 (under eaves, max. ceiling height 2m) :1 x 140 + storage space
