Millau Museum to discover: cheap, it offers several rooms (prehistory, antiquity, Glove Museum...). If you like canoeing, do a little driving to go down the Gorges du Tarn (push up to the place called Le Rozier at least). In the heart of the Rougier dunes, the castle of Montaigut is a small pearl. Finally, nearby, the famous Millau viaduct and a small village classified among the most beautiful in France: Peyre (small terrace of the "Café des Amis" very nice to enjoy a pascade).
