Ideally located on the Pink Granite Coast, Saint-Quay-Perros is the perfect place to put your bags. Close to the sea but less popular than its neighbor Perros-Guirec, Saint-Quay-Perros allows you to enjoy the charms of this majestic coast without suffering the crowds of its large seaside resorts.

It is in the department of Côtes-d'Armor that the town of Saint-Quay-Perros is located. Well located, just between Louannec and Perros-Guirec, it is only a few steps from Lannion, its many shops and its airport. Charming destination, Saint-Quay-Perros reveals to its visitors an authentic heritage, typical of the region: here, the houses are mostly made of granite, pink granite even, THE emblematic stone of the area that fascinates for decades visitors. Mostly turned towards trade and crafts, Saint-Quay-Perros sees its origins go back far, far away, as evidenced by the burial of Crec'h Quillé, dated Neolithic. In addition to this covered alley, you can discover during your excursions in the village several splendid buildings, such as the church of Saint-Quay, recognizable by its bell tower-porch with two turrets, or the chapel of Saint-Méen of 1538. A regional Gothic style building, this granite construction is worthy of the most beautiful postcards in Brittany, thanks to its character and its large hydrangea beds that surround it in the spring. In Saint-Quay-Perros, you will also find two fountains, the fountain of Sainte-Marguerite and the fountain of Zalo, as well as several washhouses that are those of Roudouanton, Roudoualen and the washhouse of Sainte-Marguerite (next to the eponymous fountain).

The advantage for any holidaymaker who stays in Saint-Quay-Perros, is to quickly rally some of the most beautiful beaches of the Pink Granite Coast. Our advice? Take the time to stroll around the very pleasant port of Perros-Guirec, before rolling out your towel on the beaches of Trestrignel and Trestraou. The first one, more intimate and wilder, offers a splendid panorama on the Pointe du Château, which you can walk with good shoes to contemplate the beach from above. At Trestraou, elegance is the order of the day! Trestraou beach is a lively place with many restaurants where you can enjoy pizza, galettes, crêpes and fish products. It is also the perfect place to enjoy an ice cream at sunset thanks to its promenade with benches! A casino and a mini-golf course, as well as the pier for the departure of shuttles to the Sept-Îles, complete the range of activities offered on this beach. A walk around the protected archipelago of the Sept-Îles is highly recommended for those who are curious to discover grey seals, gannets, puffins, razorbills and other guillemots. Along the beach, you can swim, opt for a sailing session, paddle, kitesurfing, or simply bask in the sun to perfect your tan! Ploumanac'h and its lighthouse, Trégastel and its castle of Costaérès, Trébeurden and its well exposed beaches, Pleumeur-Bodou and its planetarium, or Plougrescant and its abyss will be added to your holiday "to-do" so that you don't miss anything during your stay in Saint-Quay-Perros and on the Pink Granite Coast !
