The department has no less than 42 bastides, cities built in the Middle Ages around a central square decorated with arcades. With 4500 km of marked trails, the Lot-et-Garonne is a real Eden for hikers who will be able to take the Clunisien trail linking the priory of Moirax to the cloister of Moissac. By bike, follow the superb canal des 2 mers under a canopy of plane trees or follow the Véloroute de la vallée du Lot.
