a lot of household appliances in very bad condition (fridge that freezes even when set to 1, handle of the fridge and dishwasher broken and glued back together in a hurry), toaster dating back at least 10 years!!! bad bedding of the double bed (back in compote after several nights on springs!) equipment idem: at least two stained blankets, table that makes noise as soon as you lean on it. it was not specified at the time of the hiring that we would have an accommodation in duplex! regrettable for us which have some difficulties to go up steps Tv rental too expensive for the few channels offered. Daily problem for the parking and especially really complicated to unload its vehicle at the arrival and to load it at the time of the departure (It would have been correct to specify it before) Result: if the setting is magnificent, the accommodation needs to be reviewed and I haven't even mentioned the burnt lino!... A blackout curtain on a window in the living room is also missing to prevent the people sleeping there from being woken up too early by the sun!

The location of the accommodation is pleasant (slope access, ski locker, shops, peace and quiet). However, the quality of the equipment did not meet our satisfaction criteria, and a change of equipment is highly necessary to improve our stay. The resort itself is very pleasant.

Pleasant, functional apartment (Block B facing the mountain). Residence very well located from our point of view, close to the slopes and shops without being in the heart and therefore in the noise (all this remains very personal!). We were a little short of crockery (4 glasses and 2 bowls for 5 people), so we asked them to bring us some, but it was still a little short - you don't want to do the dishes too quickly on vacation ;-). Very pleasant welcome. The pool was a little cool but the jacuzzi was pleasant. Overall satisfied!
