we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the house. the bottoms of the sliding doors were full of junk, dust on all the furniture. the shower cubicle windows had probably not been cleaned for a long time, we did them ourselves. the exteriors are not maintained, no lawns mowed and the terraces mas better. we came in 2019 and it was much cleaner. we still had a good stay.
