Problem of obsolescence: bathroom (taps, shower, earthenware too low, mold ...) Toilets too narrow and toilet bowl too low. Fridge really too small. Lack of space and electrical connection for all appliances. It would be better to avoid carpeting for the floor covering. Some kitchen utensils not very clean.

Nice building, well located. Large bay windows for the studio. But equipment, a HONEST; the 2 clicclacs are from the 70's, no kettle (winter station), no toaster, only one stove more than worn,... It would be a good idea to draw up specifications (with minimum equipment) for owners who only think of making money on the backs of holidaymakers. We have been customers of Locasun for years and from now on we will go elsewhere.
