Quiet, 50-hectare kiwifruit farm close to all amenities, 2 km from the Ayguade beach, 7 km away. Numerous water sports and attractions. Situated on a hillside in the renovated upper part of an old farm building (private lower part: farm warehouse) facing a vast protected area with unique flora, pasture nests, hill walks. Comfortable 4-person cottage with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and sunshade. From the gîte, unobstructed view of the farm, and on the terrace side, view of the hill and access road to the shared parking area. Adjoining G2717, communicating with G2720, sleeps up to 8. Access by dirt track, steep ramp on arrival and covered parking 100 m from the accommodation on the property, with possibility of unloading luggage in front of the gite. Garden level: well-appointed modern kitchen opening onto living room with comfortable sofa, bedroom with double bed 160x200, bedroom with double bed 160x190, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
