In Rouen, the historic capital of Normandy, stroll through the beautiful cobblestone streets of the Carré d'Or district, walk along the rue du Gros Horloge and admire an outstanding heritage: the Saint-Ouen abbey, the Palais de Justice and the famous Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral immortalized by Claude Monet. In Le Havre, appreciate the happy alliance of ancient buildings (Graville abbey, Saint-Michel chapel, Notre-Dame cathedral) and modern monuments (Saint-Joseph church, city hall, Le Volcan) of this city particularly affected by the bombings at the end of the Second World War. But also visit Évreux for its beautiful Gothic cathedral, its clock tower and its superb museum.
