Nestled in the heart of the Tarentaise Valley, the Domaine des Arcs perfectly combines the charm of the Savoy villages with the dynamism of the great resorts. It is composed of four resort villages located in the commune of Bourg Saint Maurice. Each village offers a different atmosphere allowing holidaymakers to enjoy a great diversity from one resort to another.

Arc 1600 is the origin of the domain. The first village resort of Les Arcs was built in the late 1960s. Its warm and friendly atmosphere makes it particularly attractive for families who appreciate its tranquility and the many sporting activities on offer. Its many snow cannons allow it, in the snowy years, to keep its tracks in good condition. Also convenient : the station is directly connected to Bourg-Saint-Maurice thanks to the funicular.

Arc 1800 is renowned for the Espace Mille8, a landmark for lovers of skiing. During the summer months, the Mille8 becomes an aquatic complex with well-being and recreational areas. The village also offers plenty of après-ski activities where all age groups find their happiness.

Third resort of the domain, Arc 2000 enjoys an unparalleled sunshine thanks to its altitude. It is the landmark of winter sports enthusiasts who hurry on its tracks. Confirmed skiers are invited to come and test their limits on the Olympic kilometer track launched.

Finally, Arc 1950 is the high-end resort of Les Arcs ! From its traditional architecture to the conviviality of its shops and restaurants, the village breathes calm and serenity. If you are looking to fully recharge your batteries, this is the best place to stay. Its festive and joyful atmosphere and its wellness areas will surely relax you.

Les Arcs is above all a large ski area that shines through its modernity and diversity. For 200 kilometers, find a hundred tracks to descend without moderation. But the assets of the domain do not end there : Les Arcs allied in 2003 with the stations of La Plagne and Peisey-Vallandry to form the large connected area of Paradiski. On 425 kilometers of slopes, a very wide choice is offered to the skiers. Stations with a different atmosphere for a maximum of memories once home.

In summer, les Arcs also remain a sports resort ! You can practice mountain biking and hiking on the marked trails of the estate or on the National Park of Vanoise, which borders the resorts. The bistro (Place du Soleil) has homemade and Belgian beer. The owners are very welcoming. For shopping: the Lidl de Bourg St Maurice.

Free funicular to Bourg Saint Maurice. Free parking on Arc 1800 (attention: paying parking on Arc 1950). For hikers: possibility to go up on foot and come down for free by ski lifts. We have booked a paragliding flight via the Arc 1600 Tourist Office with DARENTASIA. Incredible flight with a nice and top instructor : Arthur, a real champion ! Choose like us the 45 min prestige flight for 180€, you won't regret it. Tip: car essential to reach the meeting point and landing in the valley... a little bit lost and that's normal. Honestly it's the best!

We advise you to book your restaurant evenings in advance, the good restaurants are very quickly full. (Chic Mama, Arcus Coffee are definitely good restaurants). The pharmacy is on charvet (10-15 min walk).

A must do if you book in advance: a Paradisled dog sled ride (between Arcs 1600 and 1950) Good plan : raclette cheese Le Petit Panier in Arc 1800- Villard.

If you wish to have lunch on the slopes, here is an excellent table: "Le Chalet de Luigi" aux arcs 1950. If you are a snowboarder: "Labo Shop", they are specialized, very good advice and really nice.

"Le Galta" in the Galerie du Charvet (Arc 1800) is a top delicatessen with good products: good value for money, the owner is very welcoming and good advice, his cheese is excellent, he lent us a real raclette machine to taste our half wheel with friends! At the top! It brightened up our stay with the closing of the restaurants.

"Nama Spring" (wellness center) to do to relax! We recommend the ski equipment sale and rental shop in Chantel "Ski Republic Edenarc": very friendly staff, available, and very correct prices with always a commercial gesture.
