In the Province of Cadiz, about 30 kilometres from Ronda, 142 kilometres from Cadiz and 175 kilometres from Seville, Grazalema is located in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. This picturesque village, a real antidote to boredom, invites you to come and discover its most beautiful faces. An essential stopover in the "Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos", include the "Route des Villages Blancs" (250 kilometres), this Andalusian municipality is one of those destinations for which it is easy to fall in love: perched at an altitude of 812 metres, it is made up of a maze of small tangled alleys articulated around its village. Be careful: it's climbing! During your walks in the city, it is impossible to miss the charm of its beautiful whitewashed houses. Pay attention to the details: here, flower beds and wrought iron balconies, there, steps adorned with coloured cement tiles, all against the backdrop of the Sierra de Grazalema mountains... For a perfect discovery of the city, we advise you to take the "Ruta del Agua", a one-kilometre itinerary that will allow you to discover some of Grazalema's most beautiful sites and monuments, such as the Iglesia de San José, the Iglesia de la Aurora (18th century), or its viewpoint near the Plaza Asomadero, famous for its panoramas over the valleys below.

In addition to the originality of its architecture, what makes Grazalema so successful is undeniably its natural beauty and the infinite possibilities that the village offers for hiking enthusiasts. In the heart of thick Andalusian fir forests, there are many routes that you can take to contemplate the magnificent fauna, flora and landscapes of the Sierra de Grazalema. Many walks start in Grazalema, such as the "Garganta Verde", the "Sendero del Pinsapar", the "Rutas por Grazalema", the paths of the Majaceite river, the Calzada Medieval or the path of the "Llano del Endrinal". Where to go to observe unique landscapes? Take the direction of the viewpoint of the Puerto de Las Palomas, the viewpoint of the Puerto del Boyar, the cave of the Garo, the Pileta, the Puerto de las Cumbres, but also the Pic du Torreon, the viewpoint of El Sando, the Ermita del Calvario, the lake of Arroyo del Fresnillo, the so beautiful and blue lake of Zahara El Gastor...
