The Playa de las Americas area is much more touristy: with its many beaches, water sports and entertainment throughout the year, it conquers the hearts of many holidaymakers. Don't miss a walk in the early morning under the palm trees of the Francisco Andrade Fumero promenade, to enjoy the calm and magnificent colours of the sunrise on the aronero coast. Note to sportsmen: the place is perfect for jogging, rollerblading or cycling excursions.
