Between plains dotted with vineyards and moors covered with pine, rosemary and laurel, Montbrun-des-Corbières has everything of the perfect authentic little village in the south of France, villages that you sometimes see sketched out in the curves of paintings by impressionist artists. Land of wine and ochre-coloured stones, Montbrun-des-Corbières is a real little paradise of tranquillity, which will delight lovers of the great outdoors and "green" outings. On the borders of the Minervois, not far from the Alaric mountain, this village on the last foothills of the Corbières is a real paradise for hikers who will find many walking routes through its abundant vegetation and along its streams, from the Rocher du Renard to the Col de la Portenelle or the Combe des Loups.
